DESCRIPTION:Available at the Old Town Van Buren Fall Festival \n\n\nAFMC\, Old Town Van Buren and the Arkansas Department of Health are partnering to provide free COVID-19 Pfizer Vaccines to individuals aged 5 and up.\n\nFirst doses will be available. Please have your COVID-19 vaccine card with you if requesting a second dose or booster dose. If you do not have your vaccine card\, you may contact your local health unit for a copy.\n\n\n\n**A parent or guardian must accompany those aged 5-17**\n\n\n\nBooster Qualifications\n\nPfizer and Moderna Recipients:\n\nMust have received the initial Pfizer or Moderna series and it has been 2 months ago.\n\n\n\nJanssen Recipients:\n\nMust have received the Johnson and Johnson vaccine at least 2 months ago.\n\n\n\n\n\nThose 12 and older receiving a 1st dose will be given an Arkansas Game and Fish Certificate.\n\n\n\nNo appointment necessary. Vaccines are provided at no cost. Bring your insurance card if you have one.
