Over the course of five days\, students will explore every stage of the filmmaking process from initial concept to final screening while developing both technical skills and creative confidence.\n\n\n\nCampers begin by learning the fundamentals of film production\, including camera operation\, crew roles\, and visual storytelling techniques such as mise-en-sc ne and camera angles. As the week progresses\, they dive into screenwriting\, crafting original ideas\, treatments\, and short scripts using professional formatting and story structure.\n\n\n\nMidweek\, the focus shifts to production. Students collaborate in teams to bring their ideas to life\, gaining experience directing actors\, managing a set\, and capturing compelling footage. They also explore photography through creative exercises and a photo series project that sharpens their visual eye.\n\n\n\nIn the final days\, campers learn the art of editing discovering how cuts\, pacing\, and sequencing shape emotion and meaning.
