    Description:

    • Represent the company by learning (on-the-job training) to eventually serve as a direct customer contact and be responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying, evaluating, diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at customer’s location.
    • Assist lead technicians and learn testing, preventative maintenance, starting up, commissioning, and servicing on assigned projects.
    • Use specialty tools along with a variety of hand-tools, following diagrams or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair equipment.
    • Maintain flexibility to work overtime as required, including needed travel (company transportation provided) and overnight stays.
    • Complete required basic documentation for each call, recording recommendations, repairs, accurate readings and observations.
    • Uphold all safety standards and maintain accountability of company issued tools and resources.

    Qualifications:

    • Clean driving record, that means no traffic violations, DUI's, must provide valid driver's license
    • Basic mechanical & electrical experience
    • Be willing participate by following, helping, and assisting assigned mentor, learning and preparing for becoming a tech
    • Operating knowledge and working proficiency with hand held computer (i.e. Smartphone, iPad)
    • Stable work history
    • Must be at least 21
