  • Workplace Leadership - GRIT

    GRIT series participants learn how to lead and influence others by using behavioral styles to manage performance, reduce workplace conflict, coach to develop and improve, all in an ethical and legally compliant manner.
    Series meets for four weeks.  Attendance at the first session, Behavior Styles & Communication, is required to continue with the remainder of the series.  Attendance is required in all four class meetings to receive certificate of completion for the series.  Individual sessions are Behavior Styes & Communication; Performance Management; Workplace Compliance; and Coaching.
