This free webinar co-hosted by the UCA Center for Community and Economic Development and Retail Strategies will review the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act and what it means for your community.
Congress’ $2 trillion coronavirus relief package is the rare legislative agreement that will have an immediate and lasting impact on ordinary citizens around the country. State governments will receive $150 billion and the package also includes thousands of dollars in direct payments to most Americans, as well as a huge loan package that Congress recently voted to replenish, designed to help keep small businesses afloat as Main Street struggles through what could become the worst recession in American history.
Join #CDIcentral and Jenn Gregory, President of Downtown Strategies for Retail Strategies, to dissect the CARES Act relief package and learn what local communities, businesses, and industry need to know to position themselves for federal funding.
