  • VB Chamber Welcomes Savannah Neal as ESO Program Manager

Van Buren, AR - The Van Buren Chamber is pleased to announce the addition of Savannah Neal as the Program Manager of the recently launched Yeager Family Entrepreneurial Support Organization (ESO), designed to create an ecosystem of support for entrepreneurs and small businesses.

Savannah is a graduate of Arkansas Tech University with a bachelor's degree in public relations and communication.  Last summer she completed Year 1 of the Community Development Institute at UCA and will attend Year 2 this summer, with plans to graduate in 2027 after completing Year 3.  During Year 1, she was selected by her classmates as Class Champion in recognition of her leadership, initiative, and her passion for community development.

"Savannah is a perfect fit for ESO Program Manager," stated Julie Murray, President & CEO of the Van Buren Chamber. "She has first-hand experience in the challenges a small business faces and understands the unique resources they need to be successful.  We are thrilled she has decided to join our team."

Savannah brings nearly a decade of experience in community and business development.  With ties to a fourth-generation family-owned business in the River Valley, she understands the dedication, resilience and long-term vision required to grow a small business.  Those roots have shaped her passion for supporting entrepreneurs and business owners. Above all, she treasures her family and credits their support and example as the foundation of her work ethic and heart for service.

In her new role, Savannah will design and lead the programming of The Yeager Family ESO to bring mentors, service providers, education, and support together in a coordinated way.  The program will serve to remove barriers, connect resources, and create a clear pathway for small businesses and entrepreneurs to grow and thrive.

"It is a privilege to serve the business community in this role at the Van Buren Chamber!" Savannah Neal said. "I believe deeply in the power of entrepreneurship, and I am committed to creating meaningful connections and programs that empower small business owners to thrive.
