FORT SMITH, Ark. – Baptist Health recently welcomed two people back to the River Valley and to the health care organization’s leadership team in western Arkansas. Felisha Mason, DNP, RN, CPN, NE-BC, is now chief nursing officer for the Baptist Health Western Region. She is nationally board certified in pediatrics and as a nurse executive.
