The Education and Workforce Committee is dedicated to working to improve connections between industries and the schools of Van Buren. The committee implements programs to help prepare students for their futures and make connection between those students and potential employers in the area. Connecting Educators to Industry, and Arkansas Scholars are all programs that the committee runs in order to support these students in realizing their potential in our community.
The Van Buren Chamber Education and Workforce Committee, in conjunction with the Van Buren School District, honor Van Buren High School’s most exceptional students at its annual Arkansas Scholars Awards Ceremony.
