Job – Prep Cook
Daytime 8a – 3pm
Duties:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks - Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items - Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and fruits - Prepare sauces, dressings, and marinades - Follow recipes and portion control guidelines - Store food products in designated containers and storage areas - Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas - Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a prep cook or in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices - Ability to follow recipes accurately - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent time management skills - Team player with good communication skills
Job Types: PT 20-25 or FT 32
Pay: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour w/tips
Weekly day range:
· Monday to Friday
· Weekends
