**NOW HIRING – OVERNIGHT STAFF!** 
**Do you have a caring heart and a desire to help others?** Stepping Stone School in Alma is looking for dependable, compassionate people to join our team at **Cedar Ridge**, a 10-bed ICF serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
**Pay starts at $13.00/hour**
**Overnight Schedule:**
    - Friday – 10 PM–6 AM
    - Saturday – 6 PM–6 AM
    - Possible fill-in shifts as needed

What You'll Do:
    - Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing
    - Help with meals and kitchen duties
    - Complete housekeeping and laundry
    - Monitor clients every 30 minutes while they sleep
    - Respond to the telephone monitoring system
    - Monitor and document client health and safety
    - Provide compassionate, respectful support to individuals with varying abilities and needs

### Qualifications
    - High School Diploma/GED **OR** 2 years of verifiable experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
    - Valid driver's license
    - Must pass a criminal background check, including driving record
    - Must pass a drug screen
    - Must be able to complete CPR training
    - **CNA is not required!**

**We provide the training you need to succeed**, including CPR, First Aid, medication administration, and behavioral safety training.
**Safety-Sensitive Position:** This position is designated as safety-sensitive under the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment Act. Applicants must meet the applicable requirements for safety-sensitive positions.
