    About Us

    Baptist Health-Van Buren has served patients of Crawford County and surrounding areas since it opened and joined Baptist Health in November 2018. Baptist Health-Van Buren, in the heart of historic Van Buren, has 103 licensed beds.

    The hospital’s Emergency Department is a Level IV trauma center, which means it has demonstrated the ability to provide advanced trauma life support (ATLS) prior to the transfer of patients to a higher-level trauma center. The staff is able to provide evaluation, stabilization and diagnostic capabilities for injured patients.

    Baptist Health is also home to New Vision, an inpatient medical stabilization program for patients 18 and older experiencing substance abuse addiction.

    Please use the designated parking. At Baptist Health-Van Buren, we ask that patients and visitors use the Emergency Department entrance and park on the east side of the hospital campus.
