The UAFS Center for Nonprofits (CNP) is a regional hub dedicated to strengthening nonprofit organizations across the River Valley. As part of the UAFS Center for Economic Development, they connect community partners with university expertise to help nonprofits expand their impact, build sustainable organizations, and develop future leaders.
The UAFS Center for Nonprofit hosts the Crawford County Nonprofit Connection each month at the Van Buren Chamber of Commerce. This monthly drop-in event provides an opportunity for local nonprofit leaders, staff, and volunteers to connect with UAFS representatives, access resources, and share information that strengthens community impact. Sessions take place on the first Thursday of each month from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the UAFS office inside the Chamber.
