Emotional intelligence, the intersection of emotions and intelligence, directly impacts an individual's ability to influence others whether at home, work, or play. This three-hour workshop features self-awareness, self-management and social awareness, and key leadership skills where emotional intelligence levels can help (or hinder) success. After completing an assessment, participants will discover which key developmental areas upon which to focus.
