Fort Smith, Ark. – Grab your fedoras and flip flops and join the Fort Smith Children’s Emergency Shelter and presenting sponsor, Trinity Multifamily, in celebrating the 7th Annual Havana Nights on Friday, May 31, 2019 at 6:30 pm! The Cuban-inspired event will take place at the Fort Smith Convention Center and will feature favorites like hand-rolled cigars and Winston’s Cigar Lounge, Cuban cuisine, beer and bourbon tastings, and the most thrilling live- and silent-auction in town! The “Best of Live” will also return, giving one winning guest the opportunity to pick their live-auction item of choice for only $100. This year, the Coco Cabana Club after-party will return live music and Taco Bell for those late-night cravings. “The community support at Havana Nights allows us to support our children in crisis throughout the year, so we’re excited to continue this event,” said CES Executive Director Jack Moffett. All proceeds benefit the CES. Tickets are $125 per person and can be purchased online at https://childrensemergencyshelter.org/havana-nights-benefiting-ces/ or by calling (479) 242-5771. The work they do is remarkable,” said Kathleen Caldera, Vice President of property management for Trinity Multifamily. “We appreciate the opportunity to be a sponsor for their great event- Havana Nights.” The Fort Smith Children’s Emergency Shelter provides a safe and structured, home-like environment to area children in crisis, ages 6-17 who have been removed from their home by the Department of Human Services due to neglect and/or abuse.
