Leadership is the single most important ingredient needed to develop a thriving and successful community. The future of Crawford County is more dependent than ever on our leaders' quality, commitment, and ability to work together.
During this retreat, the 2026 Class participants will learn about their leadership strengths and opportunities, team building, and maybe even a few square dancing moves.
Leadership Crawford County was designed for leaders who want to make a difference in the community. It is an issues-oriented program that broadens participants' perspective, examines community issues, expands opportunities to develop friendships from all segments of the community, and strengthens leadership skills. Selected participants have a unique opportunity to work with area CEOs, professionals, elected officials, and other fellow leaders as they address community problems.
