Women's Advanced Self Protection Seminar
If you are serious about your personal safety, and want to learn proven and effective methods to protect yourself against a violent assault, then read all the information below and register to attend a 5 hour work shop that is being taught by Zane Isaacs Championship MMA in Van Buren.
The training is divided into two sessions, each lasting 2.5 hours. The first session will be on a Friday evening, and the second session will be the next day on Saturday afternoon. The training will be safe, fun, and professional.
The topics which will be covered:- Situational Awareness and Threat Avoidance
- Proper use of pepper spray and other personal protection weapons
- Stun & Run striking skills
- Defense against violent punches, hair grabs, and chokes while standing
- Escapes from the most common and dangerous strikes, chokes and pins on the ground

This 5 hour program would normally cost $249. However, as a special one-time offer, the cost has been reduced considerably.

WHAT TO WEAR:
Comfortable workout clothes. Such as sweat pants, t-shirt or rash guard.
This will be an intensive workshop, designed to ensure you fully understand, and can apply, these powerful, life saving skills. However, you DO NOT HAVE TO BE OVERLY FIT to successfully complete and benefit from the training. We let all participants set their own pace. Please bring a light snack, for a short break at the halfway point during each of the two training sessions.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The cost is for two participants for a very specific reason. Everyone attending needs to pick the partner they would like to train with. Participants should bring someone they are completely comfortable training in close proximity with.
Some women may want to bring a spouse, boyfriend, brother, or other male participant. If you decide to bring a male partner, make sure it is someone you trust completely! They should also be willing to practice with you at times after the course, to help you retain proficiency in the skills you will learn.
Some women may prefer to bring a female training partner. If so, you will be drilling the techniques with one another. Both during the training session, and ideally, during practice sessions after you attend the training.
